These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Wadhra Gloves Corporation. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Wadhra Gloves Corporation is a manufacturer and exporter of premium gloves across multiple categories including:

All products are manufactured to international quality standards. Specifications, designs, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Customization
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Custom Orders: Custom glove designs require a deposit before production begins. Final product specifications must be approved in writing before manufacturing commences. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQ varies by product category. Contact our sales team for specific requirements. Sample orders may be available with no MOQ.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We export to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination, order size, and shipping method selected.
Production Time: Standard production takes 2-4 weeks depending on order complexity and size. Custom orders may require additional time.
International Shipping: We ship globally using reliable logistics partners. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

5. Warranty & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. Each glove undergoes rigorous quality control before shipment.
Warranty Period: Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days from delivery date. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products. Custom orders are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Wadhra Gloves Corporation respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during transactions, inquiries, or website visits is used solely for order processing, communication, and improving our services.

Custom designs created for clients remain the property of Wadhra Gloves Corporation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided designs and logos remain the property of the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wadhra Gloves Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
These terms are governed by applicable international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
